The Thompson Language


A description of the speech of the Thompson River Indians of south central British Colum- bia, centering on the speech of the southernmost dialect. Phonology, morphology, syntax, and a long illustrative myth text. A companion to the Thompson-English Dictionary and to the forthcoming Thompson Texts.
